Duties The Client Outreach Provider Expert performs technical and non-technical duties within the WellStar Lab Outreach specimen collection areas. Tasks consisted of, however not restricted to, WellStar LEGENDARY system client registration; WellStar EPIC system Insurance and ICD-10 data entry; WellStar IMPRESSIVE system laboratory test order entry; Quest Laboratory and Lab Corp systems patient registration; Mission Lab and Laboratory Corp systems Insurance and ICD-10 data entry; Quest Lab and Lab Corp systems test order entry; resolving all Customer Service issues and concerns at appointed IOP and PSC place; correctly preparing and packing specimens for transportation to examining laboratory; appropriately and properly performing phlebotomy specimen collection; performing Quality control and maintenance examine all devices; and other tasks as assigned. Needed Minimum Education – High School Diploma or GED – Phlebotomy accreditation preferred, but not needed Required Minimum Experience – At least 1 year of previous computer abilities needed and/or completed WellStar Laboratory Outreach externship – A minimum of 1 year of Client service experience needed and/or completed WellStar Laboratory Outreach externship – A minimum of 1 year of previous phlebotomy and specimen processing experience required and/or finished WellStar Lab Outreach externship Required Minimum Abilities – Requires outstanding Customer care abilities; should be able to demonstrate use of proper grammatical English; requires efficient and accurate computer system abilities – Must have the ability to work and keep expert temperament under difficult conditions – Requires efficient multi-tasking and organizational skills; need to have the ability to gracefully keep composure in tight spots Recommended skills Client Registration Computer Literacy Customer Support Data Entry Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator Analysis.
