इसके अलावा कलेक्शन बॉय को सभी प्रकार के टोपी वाले ट्यूब का पूरा नॉलेज होना चाहिए ,
वरना वह अच्छी तरीके से सैंपल नहीं ले सकते और उसका रिजल्ट अच्छा नहीं मिल सकता।
सबसे पहले पेशेंट को बैठाया जाता है उसके बाद उसके हाथों में टोर्नीकेट बांधा जाता है।
उसके बाद उस पेशेंट को अपनी मुट्ठी बंद करने के लिए कहा जाता है।
