@TransNursing @reepRN My healthcare facility wishes to phase out phlebotomy without providing extra training to nursing personnel. They’re doing this as they raise our client loads. It truly simply implies staff member frustration. I do not wish to lose phlebotomy and I’m quite sure more nurses will stop if we do.
