@Iksterror Many healthcare facilities nowadays have phlebotomy areas to deal with collection of bloods (I did some phlebotomy training a couple of years ago @ such a location). The front desk/ phone handlers ought to understand to direct ppl to them, and not the laboratory ppl evaluating the bloods.
