@MaryKayHenry I hope someplace someone can RECONCEPTUALIZE the entire task – when customers are napping/sleeping, that’s a finding out chance – GED, phlebotomy workbook, literacy, it does not matter. Make house care a steppingstone task not a dead end!!!!!!
