Could not medical facility phlebotomists use a #headlamp?

At bedside w/ a member of the family in #hospital, unsurprisingly there is #phlebotomy in the middle of finest sleep hours. Phlebotomist switches on lights overhead, & & (tho I can go right back sleeping) the client is up for hours. Daily.
