Take razor and cut the small round piece of metal off the bottom of lightbulb. Take spoon and tap glass under it (part below the metal screw in piece)till it shatters. Pull out insides using scissors or pliers. Use salt to clean insides by pouring in a spoon full or 3 and shaking. Put meth in and smoke with straw. This is only for old incandescent bulbs and I’m sure better instructions are available.
