Biden's COVID help bill clears procedural hurdle in House

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The U.S. Legislature on Tuesday voted to advance President Joe Biden’s $1.9 trillion COVID-19 relief costs, clearing the method for the measure to be considered on Wednesday, when a last vote is expected.
