In Between Miss Americana, folklore, evermore, and her rerecorded hits, Taylor Swift actually gave 2020 her musical all. Scheduled to kick off last April and run through August, the trip was postponed following the spread of the coronavirus pandemic in the United States. Like thousands of her fellow artists, Swift remained enthusiastic that she ‘d ultimately be able to reschedule the shows.
” I like coming on here to tell you great news, or to share a new job with you,” the vocalist tweeted in a statement Friday. I’m so sorry, but I can not reschedule the shows that we’ve held off.
” This is an extraordinary pandemic that has changed everyone’s strategies and nobody knows what the exploring landscape is going to look like in the future,” Swift continues. “I’m so disappointed that I will not have the ability to see you face to face as soon as I wished to. I missed you terribly and can’t wait til we can all securely be at programs together again.”
