Phlebotomy workflow involves 30% of out-patients and most in-patients at hospitals. Queue Management Systems or appointment-based systems have been used to manage phlebotomy workflow. However, they did not really solve long waiting times and other inefficiencies. In this video, we explain how our AI and Robotics based approach, Phlerobo, removes queues, cuts waiting times 3-10 fold and makes the whole workflow transparent, manageable and controllable.
