2 Chiefs players are potentially dealing with a nightmare situation of missing out on the Super Bowl due to Covid 19, and it’ll all since of a hairstyle. Receiver Demarcus Robinson and center Daniel Kilgore were placed on the covid/reserve list on Monday after the team revealed they had “close contact” with someone who evaluated favorable, now we know the story behind the encounter.

The gamers decided to get hair cuts in Florida ahead of the game when their barber learned he evaluated favorable– in the middle of a hairstyle. The players were instantly quarantined from the rest of the group, thankfully stopping the prospective spread from reaching more gamers, who had appointments set up with the barber.

According to reports the barber was wearing individual protective devices (PPE) and the gamers were masked, however there is still considerable danger. The amount of time and close proximity the players spent with the man put them at danger, so they now continue the painful five day waiting duration to see if they will be able to play on Sunday.

Thus far there have not been any favorable tests signed up by Chiefs gamers as an outcome of the incident, however it’s still scary, even if it just effects Robinson and Kilgore. Robinson has been a critical depth receiver able to include another measurement to the Kansas City passing game this season, while Kilgore, generally a backup center, would not normally play a big role on the team– but could have seen his role increased in the Super Bowl due to problems along the offensive line, particularly following the season-ending injury to Eric Fisher in the AFC Champion game.
