Phlebotomist-Driver (CDL)- Duties

  • Balance production, donor care & quality requirements to satisfy daily blood collection objectives
  • Take the time to personally connect with donors– listen to their stories and help them comprehend the value of their contribution
  • Be detail oriented all day, every day, to guarantee that the blood you gather meets regulative requirements and can be securely transfused
  • Remain versatile to work an extremely variable schedule that consists of early start times, late end times, weekends & vacations to meet the needs of our blood drive sponsors and donors
  • Take care of your team members– reveal up for every shift and give 100% while you’re there

    Credentials

    • High school diploma or comparable needed
    • Consumer service experience, efficient spoken interaction, and public relations skills are needed
    • Experience driving large automobiles highly chosen
    • Medical assistant or phlebotomy training chosen but not needed
    • A current, valid chauffeur’s license and excellent driving record is required, with valid CDL (Class A or B).
    • Fundamental computer skills are preferable
    • DOT certification might be required in some locations.
