Duties
- Take the time to personally connect with donors– listen to their stories and help them understand the worth of their donation
- Contribute to a friendly and fun environment. Group up with your colleagues to keep our donors coming back again and again
- Be comprehensive oriented all day, every day, to guarantee that the blood you gather meets goals, regulatory requirements and can be securely transfused
- To finest fulfill the needs of our donors and community, Phlebotomist/Drivers work a variable schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends and vacations

Certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent needed
- Client service experience and efficient spoken communication abilities are needed
- Ability to work a variable schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends and vacations.
- Ability to load and discharge automobiles with or without reasonable accommodations
- Physical requirements might include the capability to raise up to 50 lbs., sometimes physically assisting donors experiencing a negative reaction, as well as pressing or pulling heavy weights up and down ramps and stairs (potentially up to 250 pounds.
